University of Houston Downtown campus vs. Main campus!?

Which campus is better? I heard Downtown campus was ghetto...

Who did you "hear" this from? Everyone has their own opinion but they are usually people who have never been to the either school. Main campus is large, very large. It offers more courses and is expensive but it works for some because they get the real college experience with sports and large classes. Downtown is smaller, the building are closer, the classes are smaller, its also diverse and there is nothing "ghetto" about it. They both have benefits that fit the needs of their students. Some professors leave main campus and come to Downtown. The work is no easier at Downtown than it is at Main campus. Lots of people like Downtown because it is a little safer than Main campus and much more close knit. I prefer Downtown but that's just me.
