How can I read a book in my car and not get carsick?

I travel a lot and I love to read and a car is the best place to. But I get carsick easy and I cant read long. How can i read without getting carsick?

Take Dramamine. Also, eat while you read. The swallowing helps soothe the stomach AND stabilize the fluid in the ears. Carbonated beverages also help.

Some people react this way to focusing on an unmoving object while they can see movement around them. I used to feel that way as well, but I got over my carsickness. Read until you feel sick, then stop until you are better. Then read again. It might help if you drink soda or seltzer water as you read. If that doesn't work, sit in the middle of the car and keep your head down so you can't see out the windows, then try to read. If none of that works, I can't help you, sorry.

I know what you mean but it is not entirely possible but do take regular breaks during the reading and it will help a lot...
