buy your own storage tank and fill it up a lot af farmers in this area do this make sure to lock it.

you use futures contracts to hedge your investment. you can use sweet crude oil or unleaded gas futures. it is either that or they contracted with a fuel delivery company at the prevailing market price before the prices went up.
